What order should the statement follow?
Lead with relevance, then make the evidence easy to verify. Remove empty sections rather than filling them with vague claims.
| Section | Question | Required input |
|---|---|---|
| Opening | What relevant work is offered? | Approved service scope |
| Approach | How will it be delivered? | Delivery plan |
| Evidence | Why is the claim credible? | Verified credentials and examples |
| Contact | What should the reader do next? | Authorised details |
What must never be invented?
Do not create client names, projects, statistics, credentials, testimonials, prices or outcomes. Leave a claim out until approved evidence exists.
Common questions
What else should the bid team know?
Is this a graphic design template?
No. It structures the content and evidence before layout.
Can the template use customer logos?
Only with explicit permission. A factual project reference does not automatically authorise logo use.
Should the statement be customised?
Yes. Select the services and proof relevant to the current buyer and opportunity.
